dc.description.abstract This research aims to determine the impact of accreditation results on the improvement of employee work goals (SKP), especially the targets that employees want to reach at the Library center IAIN Pontianak. Library Accreditation is an evaluation of the aspects of organizing the library in order to ensure the implementation of the National Standards Library of higher education especially in providing information services. The IAIN Pontianak Library Center has accredited that partial components that need to be done follow-up are human resources and services with various records. This research is with a descriptive quantitative method, where the population in this research is all employees of both the status of civil servants and Non- civil servants at the Library centre of the Pontianak state Islamic Religious Institute with a total of 14 people. The findings are the basis to improve the annual performance target of employees at the IAIN Pontianak year 2018 Library Center. The results of accreditation have affected the increase in quantity and quality of employee performance by utilizing time efficiently and effectively. This is evidenced by the results of the research that the effect of accreditation results on employee work target Improvement (SKP) is 60.5%, while the rest is influenced by other variables. The results of this analysis showed the influence of accreditation results is considerable in affecting the performance improvement of the Employees of Library Center IAIN Pontianak. en_US
