TELAAH HUKUM ISLAM TENTANG LGBT (SEBUAH SOLUSI DALAM MEMECAHKAN PROBLEM KEMASYARAKATAN)
Ma'u, Dahlia Haliah
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (in Indonesia known as LGBT) are fahisyah
(bad/nasty) behaviors that are clearly prohibited in Islam. Those behaviors were performed by Prophet Luth
people in the past and be included in Quran and Hadith. The fuqaha agreed that the behaviors are forbidden for
Moslems since the negative impact to the doers and societies. Furthermore, the Islamic Law has categorized the
punishmet to those who practice the behaviors. First, the doer would be killed or rajam (being thrown with stones
until death). Second, the similar punishment to people who practice adultery or free sex (zina); If the doer is
married (muhsan), the sanction is rajam, and if the doer is not married yet (ghairu muhsan), he/she would be
whipped a hundred times. Third, the performer of those behaviors would be punished by the government or a
judge (ta’zir), the level of the sanction would be decided by the government or a judge fairly. Moreover, the
government, ulama, and societies have an important role to avoid these nasty behaviors through the
implementation of the rules formally, and verbal persuasion.

ANAK DAN PEREMPUAN DALAM PELINDUNGAN KEKERASAN RUMAH TANGGA
Baharuddin
Children are a very valuable asset, then maintain, protect and provide good education, both religious and social
education that is good and right. So they grow and develop into a good child and become the light of parents, family,
religion and society. The primary and first education starts from the family because all the children know from new
birth are only parents and close family, then the surrounding environment. This is also one of the main factors
determining the good and bad character and morals of children. Children are basically pure human beings who have
just been chosen. But the reality is certainly there are still many children who do not get their rights, they do not get
a proper education, there is no care, no care and other rights. Every child has the right to receive care from both
parents, this is so that the child's mentality can develop properly. If the child is not well educated, deviant behaviors
will arise, from this disobedient behavior law violations will emerge. We have to protect this child as well as
possible. Nowadays, women are also often we with a lot of abuse and violence at home so that women must become
priority to be protected so that they get legal protection properly.

Reinterpretasi Kesaksian Perempuan dalam Qs. Al-Baqarah [2]: 282 (Menelisik Antara Pemahaman Normatif-Tekstualis dan Historis-Kontekstualis)
Parwanto, Wendi; Rosdiawan, Ridwan
The polemics on comprehending the position of women as witness within the context of qs. Al-Baqarah [2] : 282 become one of interest to be examined further. Literally, the verse appears to undermine the women status and raises the issue of gender inequality. The article offers an alternate way to look up this widely discussed theme. Using Fazlur Rahman's theory of double movement, namely micro and macro asbab an-nuzul, the verse is revisited in order to gain a more progressive and comprehensive understanding on the status of women witness. Other analytical tools such as linguistics, intra-textuality and inter-textuality are also deployed in enriching the discussion.
